Woodbridge School founded in 1577. Situated in the heart of the ancient town of Woodbridge with 45 acres of grounds and playing fields on the banks of the river Deben. Well served by rail and road, 2 hours from London Gatwick and Heathrow and an hour by train from London.
Fully co-educational with equal numbers of boys and girls for last 35 years. The School's offers a good alround education, with 98% of pupils moving to the top universities. Maths and Sciences are a particular strength. Music is a great strength with more pupils in National Youth Choirs of Great Britain than any other school in the UK.
A wide range of extra-curricular subjects are on offer, from CCF, DofE, golf, riding, sailing, flying, photograhy - Woodbridge School hosts the biggest horse events in eastern England.
